Our society is so concerned with perfection and beauty. Just look at any Instagram account, and you'll see that it is all about the right filter and the perfect image. I don't know about you, but my life does NOT look like an Instagram account.
You know what? I'm grateful for my wounds and my scars and my imperfections, because that is how I can relate to other people. I can share my stories and hopefully help others, and I can listen to your stories and learn from you. Perfection is overrated.
